Former Liverpool star, Sadio Mané has lived up to his charitable reputation after sending out gifts to over 150 staff and players before departing Anfield for German-side Bayern Munich.
Mane, who departed the Reds prior to the start of the 2022/23 season, was well-known for his generosity in his six years at Liverpool by donating enormous amounts of money to people in need across Africa and the Merseyside area.
After Liveprool and Bayern Munich agreed a fee for the transfer of Mane, the Senaglese-native made sure he would leave the club on the best possible note.
The 30-year-old gifted over 150 staff and players with a personalised hand-written, along with chocolates and a portrait of himself.

Mane left no stone unturned in handing out the departing gift, ensuring that everyone from the cooks at the training facility to the cleaners at Anfield had a present.
The Senaglese-native has been no stranger to incredible acts of kindness in recent history, sharing his wealth to those in need locally and abroad.

Mané handed the hospital which costed him around €530,000 to the Senegalese government.

Mane’s first publicised donation came in early 2019 when he gave a primary school in Sierra Leone £GBP250,000, before giving his home nation £GBP41,000 to help them during the Covid-pandemic. Shortly before giving a hospital in his hometown £GBP500,000 and giving away over 300 Liverpool shirts to the community.
The undeniable kindness and generosity of Mane depicts what type of person he is and it shows in his actions on the football field.
