Two tiny examples of why Buffalo are Super Bowl favourites

Share

Josh Allen is on top of the sporting world.

He’s favourite to claim the NFL’s MVP award, as we near the halfway mark of the 2022 season, and his Buffalo Bills are fancies to win the Lombardi Trophy.

Now it’s become apparent he’s thoroughly enjoying the moment. And good for him.

A new video has picked up the unique handshakes the he shares with each of his offensive team mates.

This isn’t just fun content, but proof of the tightness within this organisation. Allen needs all these guys to keep stepping up and playing well; whether as a blocker, runner or receiver.

Good players know these relationships are incredibly important; to keep things light and to ensure team unity.

It’s only a little thing. But it’s an example of why everything going well for Buffalo right now.

General Manager Brandon Beane has also just addressed the media, following yesterday’s trade deadline. It’s yet another case of this organisation being run very well.

GMs providing this much detail is not normal. But it’s incredible insight.

It didn’t give anything away that would work against the Bills at some point down the line. But it took fans further behind the scenes of a front office than they’re used to.

It cost the franchise nothing, but helps build external trust and goodwill.

It’s no wonder Buffalo has the inside track to winning a Super Bowl.
